4월 29일 3차 추가 반박문을 판사에게 제출 했는데....  원고인이 4월 29일, 번역사가 작성한 영문 소장 반박문을 그대로 믿고 법정에 제출한 후.....   5월 2일 정오, 4월 29일 제출한 자료에 원고인이 지시하지도 않은 {원고인과 피고인이 5월 11일 판결 전에, 최상의 방법이 합의하는 것이다}라는 어처구니 없는 진술이 번역사가 자기 마음대로 작성, 제출된 사실이 뒤늦게 발견.

원고인은 일체의 합의를 원치 않고 있으며 원고인이 영어 해득을 못한다는 등의 약점을 알고 원고인의 번역사 까지 원고인을 속이고 판사에게 "합의"를 종용하는 판결을 유도한 사실이 확인.  세상에 믿을 놈 하나 없다더니.

해서, 5월 2일 3시간 만에 [합의 의사 없다... 번역사의 번역 실수..] 라는 사유를 밝히는 긴급 소장을 작성, 법정에 제출. 4월 29일에 인터넷 판에 올린 반박문 3차 추가 영문판은 삭제하고, 오늘 긴급히 판사에게 보낸 3장의 자료를 올린다.

Plaintiff, SIMON BAE, AND MEMBERS OF THE KOREAN AMERICAN FEDERATION OF LOS ANGELES, INC. SIMILARLY SITUATED, file and serve a correction of “Plaintiffs’ additional report for the trial” filed on April 29, 2005 as follows.  

As seen in the additional report, Plaintiff Bae hurried to file the report on the last Friday.  But today about 1:00 PM, Plaintiff found a serious mistaken sentence in the report through the explanation of Jin Ree.  Therefore, he strikes that sentence now.
The said sentence is located at Page 5, Lines 13-14, “The best way is still to make a settlement between Plaintiffs and Defendants even before the trial on May 11, 2005.”  Please disregard that sentence, because that sentence was inserted by mistake.  And that is not the intention of Plaintiff Bae at all.

Plaintiff Bae’s real intention is still those prayed in the conclusion part of the legal documents including but not limited to the followings.
1.        For temporary dissolution of KAFLA and nullification of the current KAFLA as one of California non-profit organizations until the completion of the new re-election (because of the fact that Defendants ignored and disturbed and interfered with the order for re-election of Judge Recana of January of 2003).
