Title: What is wrong with some judges in civil case in Los Angeles? (They do not care about justice)
Mr. Bae, CEO of the Korea Unity Press TV USA, has confirmed that some judges abused their authority, received money from defendants, and make a decision in favor of them, and this is very surprising. Especially Mr. Bae feels something more than hunch in his own case (Case Number: BC275912- B186395 ). This is very significant problem. Some judges in the court are receiving lobbying from law firm attorneys and cheating the judgment, and favors defendants, and doing cheating trial and ruling. This means that the judicial is not existed. These judges’ behavior is so daring. In other words, “Who could interrupt my independent judicial authority, although I have received money and make an error in decision?”
Judges are receiving their salary from people’s tax. Judges are not doing speedy and fair trial, delay trial, and even cheating the judgments. They have to judge sincerely according to the right of access to courts but, they even do not care about “justice.” Judges are not giving attention on it. Judges are giving favors only to the person who gave money. The U.S. is pursuing justice and truth officially, but especially the judicial civil department is corrupted inside and the future of U.S. is not bright because of it. The State Bar of California is an institution which investigates wrongful conduct of attorneys in the judicial conduct committee. It is surprising that the judicial may compromising with “practical reality” or corruption. High level investigation authority in the U.S. should immediately investigate judges who are committing crimes and arrest them with emergency. The significant accident is happening inside us more than Iraq war.
The civil judicial department in the U.S. is in a big trouble. According to a source, almost 15 percents of U.S. judges are receiving bribes.
It is confirmed that those judges who are getting bribe and reverse their judgment do not care about justice. Some judges are protecting defendants’ illegal activities, and before the final examination comes up, they are not listening to plaintiff’s arguments and presentation of evidence, and blocking plaintiff’s statement or argument, and limiting plaintiff’s presentation time. Even by their looks, it can be recognizable.
In those documents, “preliminary judgment” which defendants, law firm, has made was wrong because the “preliminary” words was missing and there is no signature or even name of judges on it. This is totally cheated judgment of judges. It seems that the signature is made by clerks, not by judges.
Therefore, some bad judges are taking advantages of their judicial authorities and independency, and they are free of other pressure or interruption from outside and exercising powerful authorities. Although some judges are arbitrary and doing intelligent cheating judgment, they know that there is no power or authorities to control or press on themselves, and they do not feel any conscience about it and pursue the practical reality.
Anyway, these cheated judgments because of bribe inside and outside court is developing toward very serious situation, not just simple phenomena. This is so surprising.
For example, in the matter of illegal amendment of bylaws of the Korean American Federation of Los Angeles Inc.(KAFLA), the case that judges are receiving bribes and judging for money is increasing. And the Korea Unity Press TV USA is reporting this to high officials who investigate about it. The high ranking investigators should trace back to an account of judges, and investigate the phone contents, and arrest them with emergency if there is some secrete connection with trial petitioners or parties.
There are some cases which judges are taking money from each party, and they are expressing it openly inside a court. The U.S. seems to pursue freedom, human rights, justice, welfare and happiness, but the function of social protection is destroyed because of few corrupted judges. In result of this, even existence or identity of U.S. is in a danger, and U.S. government authorities should remember these significant matters.
