I am a plaintiff in the Case Number BC 340669. This letter is for private purpose. When I saw you as a new judge who has charged this trial today on Apr. 30, 2007, I was happy seeing you.
I, however, feel dizzy whenever I see those attorneys of defendants on the court, because I have had this case for 5 years of long period.
When I studied law subjects, I never imagined those kinds of attorneys. After I confirmed again that those attorneys were mean, did not have mind to attain social justice, mentioned the facts wrongly, cheated and manipulated facts, and debased even court, I get disillusioned at them.
Therefore, I apologize for asking “speedy decision” again to you today on the court. Please understand my situation. Thank you very much.
Respectfully,
May. 1, 2007

Letter to the Judge
May 1. 2007
TO: Honorable Judge, Mark Mooney, Court Room #68
