L.A. City prosecutor says that impounding cars of unlicensed drivers is legal, and LAPA should immediately stop unlicensed driver vehicle and impound it. Driving without license is willfully to kill other people.

U.S. Congress disagrees with President Bush’ budget for sending more troops to Iraq, and it did a good job. Now, it is the time for the U.S. to think about Iraq differently. Military strategy of Department of Defense is failed rather than President Bush’s. There should not be a battle like that. All U.S. troops should be withdrawn from Iraq.

In order to solve the L.A. traffic problems, building “underground car roads” plan is a good idea. There could be a risk of earthquake, but L.A. City had better think about this idea.

Is there “Preemason” organization which is unseen and huge in the U.S.? Is it really intervening in the U.S.’s politics, military, and foreign policy related to Iraq War?

In the issue of Unification of Korea, “one race-two countries-two systems” plan would be maintained. Political unification between two Koreas has a long way to go. They have special surroundings that they can be exchange only culture and economy. It is successful for our U.S. to end the Korean War in 2007 which is still in truce since 1950.

As the Korea Unity Press has said, they cheated the Hannara Party election of presidential candidate in South Korea. A professor of electronic engineering of Seoul University also claimed that there was cheat and manipulation through a computer in the presidential candidate election of Hannara Party.

In the presidential election of South Korea in December, Lee Hae Chan of ruling Party could be elected. If Kim Jong il of North Korea shows positive surprising peace plan in December, he could be elected. Lee Myung Bak candidate could be elected with 70 percent votes if he were not put into jail. It depends on the use of electronic votes counting machine.

Adultery should still remain a crime in South Korea. It could infringe the personal right to choose sex partners, but protection of “family” has to be guaranteed more than personal right in the special culture of South Korea. And adultery should remain a crime.

2.LA 시 검찰이, 무면허 운전 차량 압수조치는 합법적이라는 유권해석을 냈다. LAPD 는, 즉각 무면허 차량을 견인, 강력 조치해야 한다. 운전 면허가 없는 사람의 운전은, 미필적 살인행위다.
