Has  North  Korean nuclear  issue  been  resolved ?  We  expect  to  have  North  Korea  to  dismantle  its  nuclear  facilities  100%.   Because  of  North  Korea's  habit  of  delaying - tactics  we  cannot  be  optimisticaboutit.   Kim  Jong-il  is  surpried  to  find  that  Senator  Hillary  Clinton,  a  democratic  presdentl candidate,  has  much  stronger  North  Korea  policy  than  President  Bush.  Therefore,  it  appears  that  Kim  Joun- il's  sudden  calculation  is  to  establish  U.S.-  North  Korear  relationships  during   Pesident  Bush's  term  in  office.

If  America  shows  the  impatience  to  North Korea's  allurement,  America  would  fail.   Complete  dismantlement  of  nuclear  facities  must be verified.  As  to  South  and  North  Korea  issue,  there  will  be  some  aspects  of  progress  in  economi   ccooperation,  but  as  far  as  military  aspect,  there  is  not much to  be  expected.  North  Korea  is  maintained  by  its  military  forces  and  forses  of  arms.   Therefore,  America  should  be  in  watchful  observation  of  North  and  South  Korea  approaches.

It  is  assumed  that  there  are  American  POWs  still  in  North  Korea.   U.S.  government  should  investigate  the  number  of  detainees  that  were  left  out  as  minssing  in  action after the  1950  Korean  War.   To  expunge  North  Korea  from  the  list  of  terrorist  countries  should  be  done  as  a  condition to  the  returns  of  all   South  Korea  POWs  and  abductees.

The  inter-Korea  summit  talke  hae  not  been  successful.   However,  there  are  very  important  issues  to  watch.   South  Korea's  December  presidential  election  is  fierce  games  for  North  and South  Korean  leftist  regimes.   U.S.  should  check -up  on  Kim jong-il  whether  he  has  any  plot  in  the  big eleection.   As  long  as  threathened  by  them  in  some  extreme  measures.   If  you  study  the  language  of  leftist,  U.S. thinking.  It  would  be  agrave  mistake  to  accept  whaatever  leftists  are  saying. Leftists are  that  that  vicous.

There  is  no  guarantee  that  leftists  of  South  and  North  have  not  penetrated  into  U.S.  armed  forces  staioned  in  South  Korea.   Those  employed  in  cipher  teams  should  closely  be  investigated.

Some  border  patrol  officers  on  Mexico  and  Arizona  border  let  illegal  Mexican  immigrants  to  passthrough  the  border  by  receiving  some  money  from  them.   In  rendering  judgment,  some  judges  in  LA  court  are  accepting  bribes.   It  started  some  15  years  ago  which  is  a  serious  matter.

It  is  assumed  that  there  will  be  some  some  sort  of  political  typhoon  approaching  thereon  from  December  20  after  the  Korean  presidential  elecion.  President  leftist  regime  schemes  everything  possible  to  extend  its  reginme  because  when  the  power  turns  over  to  the  opposition  party,  in  their minds,  it  would  be  death  to  them.  The  Nationl  Grand  Party  should  stop  the  use  of  electronic  vote  counting  machines  in  the  election.

There may   be  a  possibility  that  Kim  Jong - il  of   North  Korea   woud  be  making  a  sudden  visit  to  Seoul  in  December.   It  is  assumed  that  South  Korea   POWs  will  also  come.   Declaration  of  Peace  Agreement  of  South  and  North  Korea  should  proceed  after  all  South Korean  POWs  and  abductees   are   returned.   Nuclear  issue  of  North  is  a  matter   for  U.S.,  It   should   not   be   mistaten   that   it   is   not   the   matter   of   South   Korea.
