Buyer Agreement |
1. |
The term "Buyer" shall mean a person acquiring a web business. |
2. |
Buyer may choose and purchase among various businesses
posted at EBR (hereinafter "Company"). In addition, purchases can be made from auction, short sale, and wholesale (or domain names?). |

Buyer's own credit card or bank draft for online payment must be available at the time of purchase, and a proof of the account
ownership must be provided in the form of personally identifiable
information. |
4. |
The Seller will inform the final price within 48 hours of the Offer. |
5. |
If no change is necessary, payment must be made to the Company within 48 hours. During the 48 hours, the business to be acquired is in the "Hold" state. |
6. |
Once the Company informs the Seller of the payment deposit, a set time is determined within 48 hours to begin a Buyer Test. |
7. |
The Buyer Test period is 3 days, during which time the Buyer may participate in the business - Training |
8. |
Once the Buyer's purchase is confirmed, the business is transferred
to the Buyer within 24 hours of the confirmation. |
9. |
During the Buyer Test period, any defects related to the sales or supplies must be reported to the Company, and the Company will
request a correction to the Seller. |
10. |
The Company is not responsible for any defects reported
after the Buyer Test ends. |
11. |
If the business transaction is canceled, the Company will
refund the purchase payment within 48 hours. |
12. |
In case the Buyer cancels the purchase after no defect is found
on behalf of the Seller, a Penalty will be charged. The Penalty,
each in the amount of 1% of the purchase price, must be paid to
the Seller and to the Company separately. |
13. |
If the Buyer cancels a purchase of business without defects a
second time within 3 months, the Buyer's membership may be revoked. |
14. |
The membership shall remain valid for the first 6 months, and
renewed every 3 months. |
