Building Systems Engineers /Commissioning Agents

 International assignment in Korea

Do you have an expertise in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems?

We have an opportunity for you to use your technical knowledge in a consulting environment on a project that encompasses one city block, with two high-rise towers and 10 floors of underground parking. 

Qualified candidates must have experience in mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, controls, fire/life safety and HVAC systems in commercial buildings.  As an owner’s representative, you will ensure that systems are designed, installed, functionally tested and capable of being operated and maintained according to the owner’s operational needs.   The successful candidate will need at least 5 years experience with mechanical, electrical and controls systems.  They must have demonstrated ability to troubleshoot HVAC, TAB, & BMS controls, and excellent report writing skills.  They must also have a solid understanding of operational requirements, safety requirements, code inspections and maintenance considerations.  Design experience is a plus.  A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field is preferred.  Bilingual Korean/English is a plus.
