Location:  South Korea (Army)

Employment Status:  Full Time

Responsibilities:

 

Oversee Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) program, including Radon & Asbestos and Lead-Based paint programs. Develop policy and programs to ensure installation compliance with TSCA. Coordinate necessary sampling for TSCA related concerns. Provide TSCA training for installation and contractor personnel. Conduct ISO and EPAS audits. Conduct asbestos certification training and inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with TSCA. Identify requirement and program funding using EPR system. Coordinate with regulatory authorities on TSCA matters. Review and document review of construction designs and post-award submittals for TSCA compliance. Prepare, document, and issue internal Asbestos Removal Permits. Provide real time support for attending meetings and providing expertise on TSCA related matters.

 

Experience Requirements:

 

Knowledge of regulations of the Asbestos Management Plan (AMP) and Lead Paint Management Plan (LPMP)
