Teaching positions as a full-time instructor at GJUE
GongJu national University of Education (GJUE) is a 4 year university that educates pre-service teachers for primary school. GJUE is looking for responsible and enthusiastic full-time English instructors. Applicants with a Master's degree in TESOL or with a teaching certificate at a primary or secondary level will be strongly preferred. Applicants residing in Korea will also be given preference. 1. Qualifications: - Native speaker of English - B.A. or M.A. degree (preferably in TESOL, Linguistics or Education)
2. Working Conditions: - Annual salary: 26,460,000 KRW (including severance pay) - 15 teaching hours/week (in a credit and non-credit programs) - overtime will be paid at 30,000 won/hour - 5 weeks of paid vacation - furnished off-campus housing provided - Medical insurance & national pension: 50% - Air fare support - One year contract starting Fall semester, 2008 (Annually renewable upon evaluation) For more detailed information, visit our website www.gjue.ac.kr
