[Introduction] 7s English is looking for native English teachers who are highly motivated, are dedicated to children and teaching, and have a professional outlook. At 7s English language schools, our goal is to help students achieve their educational goals as swiftly and efficiently as possible.
We are looking for dedicated personnel to assist us in our goals, and as such provide full training in the use of our program and curriculum, from phonemic awareness and guided reading, to interactive teaching and expressive vocabulary development.
[Our Key Strengths] Curriculum 1. Full curriculum program based on SMART assessments: Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-based. (e.g., no need for instructors to develop weekly tests, think up homework to assign, etc.) 2. In-house developed educational DVD materials, teaching methods, and assessment packages
R&D 1. R&D department devoted to production of curriculum content and teaching tools. 2. Vast content database to correctly assign foreign (English) material content to the appropriate English proficiency level of domestic (Korean) students (e.g., no frustrations teaching grade 2 English using an inappropriate Grade 5 English textbook)

[Position Information] 1.Location : Bundang, South Korea 2.Employment positions: 2 3.Number of foreign instructors on-site: 7 4.Start Date: June/July 5.Salary: 2.2 ~ 2.9 million won/month, dependent on qualifications. Salary is based on a 40-hour workweek with 30 hours teaching. 6.Hours: 2:00-10:00 Monday-Friday, 30 or less hours teaching hours a week 7.Overtime payment: 20,000 won/a teaching hour beyond 30 teaching hours. Note: Overtime will not be required if not requested by instructor, except under extraordinary circumstances. Overtime, unless deemed acceptable by instructor, will never be done on weekends. 8.Students: Elementary and middle school students (Grade 1-9); some high school through special programs, such as standardized exam preparations 9.Housing: Single furnished housing within walking distance to the institute, or a housing allowance if preferred 10.Vacation: All paid Korean national holidays & 10 days paid vacation 11.Plane ticket to Korea & return ticket upon completion of a one-year contract 12.Severance bonus at the end of contract (equivalent to one month's salary) 13.50% National Medical Insurance given 14.E-2 VISA sponsorship if required

[Colleagues and Superiors] Head Teacher: The head teacher is Korean-American, has worked at the institute since its inception, and is a graduate from Dartmouth College Director: The director is Korean, proficient in English, a graduate from Seoul National University, and has worked for Fortune 500 multinational firms for over a decade. Fellow Teachers: The native teacher staff hail mostly from the United States, with a couple teachers from Canada and New Zealand.
