Qualified Full-Time Instructors Invited: Shingu College, near Seoul

We are seeking qualified and experienced instructors to teach college students near Seoul. Our facilities are fully equipped and we have a large number of foreigners already working here. We also have highly valued and committed staff to support your needs.
Position Description:
Position title: Full-Time Instructor
Position :
- Teaching Content: English Conversation
- Reference: Applicant should have an M.A. / M.B.A. / M.S degree (minimum).
Qualifications:
1. Applicant should be a native English speaker.
2. Applicant should have a valid M.A. / M.B.A. / M.S degree (minimum).
3. Proficiency/Fluency in the Korean language is preferred.
4. Korean residents abroad(F-4 visa holders)are preferred.
Duration of Employment: September 1, 2008 ~ August 31, 2009 (renewable).
Salary and Duties:
1. Salary: 2.7 ~ 3.0 million Korean won per month.
One month¢®¯s income = Base pay + Housing allowance of 500,000 won (if applicable)
2. Duties: A minimum of 12 teaching hours per week, 3-4 days a week. Overtime pay will be compensated in the case of teaching more than 12 hours per week.

3. 1.2 million won will be deposited into one¢®¯s bank account for airfare compensation at the end of the second semester of the first year only.

1. Cover Letter: Please include your work background, teaching experience (especially at the college level) and reasons for applying to Shingu College.
2. Resume: Please include a photo of yourself.
3. One copy of each of your diploma(s).
4. Two sealed certificate of transcripts. This certificate must be sealed by university officials.
5. One copy of your passport photo page.
6. Five colored passport photos of you. They must be 3x4 cm.
Optional:
1. Copies of ESL certificate(s) or anything related to teaching.
2. One copy of your Alien Registration Card.
3. Dissertation(s).
