I am the current foreign teacher at my academy and I'm looking for someone to replace me IMMEDIATELY! We had a new teacher all lined up, but he backed out at the last minute because he thought the visa application process was too difficult.
Here¡¯s what we¡¯re offering:
>>Base salary of 2.1 million but with OT you can make 4.0+
>>FREE 2 bedroom apartment (and I¡¯ll leave you all the things I bought: vacuum, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, lots of kitchen supplies, speakers for computer, lamp).

>>1 month severance pay after completion of 1 year contract
The basic hours are between 2:40 and 9:50 with a 55 minute dinner break. The last 2-3 hours of that schedule will already put you into overtime hours. Fridays finish earlier at 6:45. I fill up my schedule with morning conversation classes and some extra middle school classes in the evenings and on Saturdays. This is a relatively small town and you¡¯ll basically have a corner on the English market. There are other teachers in town, but I don¡¯t think their bosses allow them to take much in the way of extra classes. At this job, if you find someone who wants to learn from you, you can have them study with you AT the school, they pay the SCHOOL, not you directly, and the school will pay you – this makes it perfectly legal and allows you to be in more control of your ability to MAKE GOOD MONEY!
Most of the classes are elementary and middle school. There are a couple high school classes and maybe about 6 different adult classes. There are 1-2 kindy classes. The classes are usually 45 minutes, but they are counted as an hour. Overtime starts after 120 hours/classes in a month.
The ideal candidate for this job will already have all their paperwork ready to go, including criminal background check, sealed university transcripts and university diploma.
We wanted someone to start on June 9th, but we realize that¡¯s basically impossible at this point – so that leaves us wanting someone who can be here as soon after that as possible.
This job is located near Daegu.
