We are currently looking for a teacher to join our afternoon department to start around the last week in July. As an afternoon teacher, your classes are from 3-9 M, W, F and 3-9:40 T, TH. Students range in age from 8-16 but are grouped together by age and ability so you¢®¯ll never need to worry about entertaining an 8 year old while keeping a 16 year old interested at the same time. Most afternoon teachers come in around 1pm to start preparing for their lessons. We also have a meeting once a week for about 30 minutes to go over any school news or upcoming events like group dinners.
Gimpo city is a few kilometers west of Seoul and about 15-20 minutes from 2 different subway lines and it takes 30 minutes to get into central Seoul on the subway. Gimpo has all the things for comfortable everyday living like restaurants, a movie theater, bowling alley, shopping etc. The city also doesn¢®¯t have much influx of foreigners that don¢®¯t live here like the party areas so the business owners are friendlier and treat you more fairly here than in some other areas where tourists travel frequently.
You must be a native English speaker from USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Australia, or South Africa. You must also have a BA degree in any field.
