ABOUT US
Open English is a foreign owned and operated after-school school. We provide a speaking-based ESL curriculum. We teach elementary aged students. Class size is limited to four students for speaking and eight for reading/vocabulary/grammar. Our curriculum has some strict guidelines, but teachers are free to experiment and develop personal teaching styles and lesson plans within them.
LOCATION
We are located in Ilsan. A well planned and developed suburb of Seoul. Ilsan is known for parks, less traffic, nightlife, proximity to Seoul and a fairly large foreign community. It is a very desirable place to live and work for both foreign and Korean.
DIRECTOR
I am a certified Canadian teacher with 7 years teaching experience in South Korea. I will provide training to ensure all teachers have a solid base for developing their own skills. I will also provide insight and training when needed or sought throughout the year.

SPECIFICS
• monthly salary: 2.2 - 2.5 million won
• working hours: 12:30 - 2:00 prep., 2:00 - 5:00 first block, 5:00 - 5:30 dinner break, 5:30 - 8:30 second block
