I am looking for a Teaching Job, preferably English Language in Seoul South Korea. I finished Bachelor in Education, major in English, I also finished Master's Degree, major in English and Educational Administration. Currently, I am working as School Principal for more than 16 years now. I started my job as an English Teacher in a Public Secondary School last November 1988 until 1992, before I was hired as principal in my present job. Part of my responsibilities as a Principal are the following;
Supervision of the whole school,
Monitoring teachers' performance,
Conducting seminar and training to upgrade teachers' competence,
Conducting classroom observation to check/evaluate teachers' techniques and methods of teaching and classroom management,
Teaching in the absence of teachers,
Create/Formulate curriculum appropriate to the needs of our students.
Does related works and etc.
