My name is Han, and I am a Korean-American from Denver, Colorado, though I've been living and working in Korea for the past three years, primarily in Bundang. Presently, I am the Research and Development Manager at Korea Center for Talented Youth (KCTY) and also a FT instructor there.

I am seeking a full-time TEACHING position, preferably in Bundang; however, I am open to positions in Seoul.

I emphasize teaching because that is the main reason why I came to Korea. I feel I am at my best in front of a classroom interacting with students, not stuck in an office typing away in front of a lifeless computer.

Although I do not regret having spent the majority of my time as R&D manager at my current place of employment (I am actually quite grateful to have had the opportunity to learn some valuable skills), I strongly believe that I am not suited for another desk-job.

As I've said, I crave interaction with students. Teaching has made me realize how amazingly rewarding it is to see that look on a student's face when he or she has just learned something from me!

In closing, I am knowledgeable and experienced in the Korean English-education system in both the academic and administrative areas, which I hope will serve to meet my potential employer's expectations.
