Developing methods to motivate students for active learning modules to improve speaking and listening in English all based upon the school's curriculum. The school was only opened in 2006 and is one school of five in Indonesia belonging to PASIAD, a regional Turkish economic and philanthropic bloc. The organization focuses on upstanding and international education and expects all teachers to devote 100 percent of their time and energy for such purposes.
• Improved the participation of students, particularly the Senior students, and therefore observed improvement is English-speaking from a 6.3 to a 7.1 in one year on a scale of 1 to 9 (nine being the highest).
