Head Teacher

A newly created position for Head Teacher, based on the Academy¡¯s growing administrative needs, reflected the employer¡¯s value and recognition for my contribution to both Board and Faculty. My mandate ensured effective liaison between school and staff, provision for mediation and potential issue resolvance, and teacher recruitment. I facilitated the orientation and cultural acclimatization of newly hired teachers, and mentored staff to full teaching capacity. Among my responsibilities:

• supervised and mentored 9 teachers

• averaged eighty students annual enrollment

• above average student/ teacher retention rate

Prepared and delivered programmed English Curriculum for Korean primary/ secondary grade students, Course instruction included: English Grammar, Writing, Oral, Phonics, Public Speaking, Science, Arts, Math, and Logic.
