Customer Service Representative

I answered any questions the customers may have had about our car washes and told them about new products in the store. I preformed as a cashier and sales leader, I delivered high numbers in my daily sales. During evening shifts I cleaned the store and the waiting area. I also restocked items and tracked our inventory. Other specific duties were to make sure that we had our gas supplied in a timely manner. I also trained new cashiers and ensured that they knew what was expected in their duties.

I was an assistant to the general manager. I preformed as a manager on duty while our general manager was out. My duties included training new employees, completing nightly paper work and submitting it our corporate office. I was in charge of money deposits and I had accesses to our safes and had the task of setting up our drawers for the morning and counted them in the evening. I ensured that our store was clean and maintained. I set up accounts for our new customers. I answered any questions and concerns that our customers may have had and handled any customers or store issues fairly and according to standard order of procedure.
