Design of Analog Audio Amplifier Circuit:
- Designed using standard transistors and resistors. Utilized schematic capture for simulation and theoretical knowledge of small signal and low noise circuit criteria. Used feedback network for high efficiency and noise reduction.
Fabrication of Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) and Diodes:
- First time ever to succeed in the fabrication of lasing devices using GaAs heterostructure in Rutgers Microelectronics and Research Laboratory. Participated in a team project responsible for the computer simulation of the dielectric mirror structure reflectivity and photolithography process in clean-room environment. Conducted a wide array of experiments to build a recipe, minimize defects, and ensure the repeatability of the process. Familiar with general clean-room environment and equipments. Wrote manufacturing procedures and reports.
- Successful fabrication of diodes on Silicon wafer.
