To Whom it May Conern,

I would like to recommend Richard Larder as a candidate for a teaching position at your institution. In his position at Avalon English Academy, Richard was employed from April 2007 – April 2008. Richard was a valuable asset to our academy and did an outstanding job in the classroom. Richard has excellent verbal communication skills, organization skills and is very creative in the classroom. Richard can work independently and always ensures the students are reaching their full potential. He proved to be a very effective teacher and was well liked by all the students at Avalon.

The curriculum at Avalon required Richard to input daily test and homework scores into a database that was available for all parents and students. Richard was always willing to offer his assistance in any situation and maintained a good rapport with all his colleagues.
