Join us for a special addition to this year’s What Makes Music Beautiful? lecture series and a part of the 2009 Laguna Beach Music Festival ,Alex Ross in conversation with Orange County Register classical music critic, Tim Mangan.  On Wednesday, January 21, 2009, 7 p.m. at the Orange County Museum of Art, see Alex Ross in person as one of classical music’s most popular critics discusses his book, “The Rest is Noise,” and shares his views on the future of classical music.  Alex Ross will also be available for a book signing following the event.  Tickets to this special event include a wine tasting and are $35.
