Why Calcium?
Osteoporosis affects menopausal women, middle-aged and older persons. Preventing osteoporosis should start earlier in your life. Regular exercise and a healthy diet with enough calcium helps build and maintain good bone health and may reduce the risk of osteoporosis later in life. Adequate calcium intake is important, but daily intakes above about 2,000 mg are not likely to provide additional benefit.
Why Vitamins D and K?
Vitamin D enhances calcium absorption and Vitamin K aids in calcium utilization.
Directions:
Take one chew up to three times a day, preferably with meals, or as recommended by your doctor. Chew thoroughly before swallowing.
